When removing cat/dog urine smell from your car, never use heat or steam to try and clean it. Urine is a bacterial issue and heat will cause the bacteria to grow and make the smell worse. The best way to fix a bad bacterial issue is with a lot of good bacteria such as purposed cleaners sewing to target the nasty smells on a bacterial level otherwise it will look clean but the smell will come back and linger.
