Let’s take a look at the science: When we refer to UV Damage most people are referring to oxidation of the paint like paint fading and chalkiness. But UV is not the main problem here. The bigger culprit is unsealed paint allowing oxygen and heat to get into the paint. Ceramic coating permanently seals the surface stopping this penetration from happening and as a result no more fading. UV damage has more long term effect due to UV radiation.
